At Aroma360, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scenting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragrance oils remain sealed and diffusers are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
